Standfirst: Bringing funding, care management and compliance expertise alongside the home care software our clients already rely on.

Support at Home has changed the work our clients do.
Individualised budgets. Quarterly acquittal. Regulated pricing from July next year.
The rostering and claiming still has to be right, but there is now a layer of funding and compliance discipline sitting on top of it that was not there before.

We build software that makes home care simple.
That is what we are good at and it is what we will keep doing. Funding, care management and compliance expertise is not what we built, and it is not something a business our size builds well.

So we have partnered with an organisation that has spent thirty years on it.
Mirus Australia works with more than 200 residential aged care providers. AN-ACC, care minutes, care management, data, financial performance, benchmarking. That is what they do, and they have been doing it for thirty years.

Under the partnership we refer clients to each other, we work together where a provider needs both, and our engineering team is working alongside theirs on Mirus technology development.

For our clients, this means access to expertise that is genuinely difficult to reach at our end of the market.
If you are managing Support at Home budgets and want to understand whether you are getting it right, or you are growing into scale and the compliance load is increasing, that is a conversation we can now open for you.

Nothing changes in how we work with you.
Same team, same product, same people answering the phone.

Our founder Hengki Widjaja has also joined Mirus Australia as Head of Workforce and Home Care Solutions, alongside his role here. It is a good fit and it means the partnership has someone across both sides of it.
