OH&S Policy Comm. Made Simple

Okay. You just updated your OH&S policy and you need to communicate this to your team.

How do you do that simply yet efficiently?

You can send company emails (it is a good idea).

But, sometimes you may wonder whether they read it or not.


The simple DSC way is by using our "App urgent text".

With this feature, your text appears every time Support Workers login to their app like the screenshot below.

How to do it?


  1. Go to the System Settings, search for 'App urgent info text' ,

  2. Change the text, and

  3. Change the link (URL).

and that's it!

Which link or URL?

URL should be in the format of "http://" or "https://".

If your OH&S Policy is on your company website, go to the page and copy & paste the URL.


However, if it is on your company internal portal (Google Docs, Google Drive, DropBox or MS SharePoint), find the "share link" or "file link" and copy&paste the link there.
